How Much Green Tea
We all know that too much of anything is not recommended. I would say that drinking green tea in moderation would be your best bet. Though claims have been made that people should drink up to 10 cups of tea a day, we do not have a definite answer for this.
A University of California study concluded that drinking 2 cups of tea a day is enough to reach the desired levels of polyphenols. Either way, drinking 3-4 cups of Green Tea a day is probably a safe number. If you are really a tea fiend like myself then drinking 3 or more cups a day would probably be fine. One thing that would probably be a negative of drinking too much tea would be insomnia due to the amount of caffeine that tea contains but then again it is still less than the amount coffee has.
You should always check with a doctor to before you go on any type of vitamin supplemenation or regime.
