Many people fail to recognize the importance of sleep. Almost everyone is guilty of it. Obviously, many people will tell you that the solution is to get more sleep but that is often easier said than done. You already have a lot on your plate but if you can’t get comfortable at night, you won’t be able to fall asleep efficiently and you probably won’t stay asleep through the night. Fortunately, this is the easiest part of the problem to correct. You may still have to work on quieting your mind so that you can sleep through the night, but one thing is certain.
